On February 18, 2003, VistA turned 21. On March 1st, as part of the Greenbelt meeting, WorldVistA celebrated the

Why the Big Whoop-De-Do?
VistA, originally known as DHCP, almost didn't happen. Believers lost their jobs over the struggle. The rest banded
together as the Underground Railroad.
